Xynapse operates the clickngoal service at clickn.dev. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@xynapse.online.
Data we process
- Account data: email address, username, display name, password hash, profile text, settings, and subscription status.
- Optional profile data: uploaded or preset avatar, social links, and Telegram identifier and profile data when you connect Telegram.
- User content and social activity: goals, progress entries, time and mood values, comments, communities, follows, likes, invitations, blocks, reports, and notification preferences.
- Technical data: app version, platform, locale, time zone, anonymous installation identifier, limited product events, push subscription endpoint, and diagnostic crash information.
- On-device data: offline copies, drafts, settings, authentication session, and queued changes stored by the browser, PWA, or Android app.
Why we use data
We use data to provide accounts and synchronization, show the content and audiences you choose, operate social and collaboration features, deliver requested reminders and notifications, prevent abuse, investigate reports, maintain security, diagnose failures, and understand aggregate product reliability. clickngoal does not sell personal data and does not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing and processors
Data is processed by the infrastructure used to host clickngoal and its database. Telegram receives the minimum data necessary when you intentionally connect or use the bot. Browser or operating-system push services process notification delivery data when you enable notifications. App stores process installation and store-account data under their own policies. We disclose data when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Visibility, safety, and international processing
Public content and profile fields are visible according to your privacy settings. Private goals are not included in public profile analytics. Data may be processed where clickngoal and its service providers operate. We use HTTPS, hashed passwords and verification codes, access controls, rate limits, and restricted production access.
Retention and deletion
Account content is retained while the account exists. Deleting the account removes the account and its goals, progress, comments, likes, follows, communities, memberships, notifications, push subscriptions, and active sessions. Account-linked diagnostics and product events are deleted or de-identified; aggregate statistics that can no longer identify a person may remain. Security and moderation records may be retained only as needed to investigate abuse, comply with law, and protect the service.
Your choices
You can change profile visibility, audiences, notifications, social links, and Telegram visibility in Settings. You can delete your account from Settings after verification through the Telegram account linked to that exact clickngoal account. If Telegram is not linked, link it first. See the account deletion instructions. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights available in your jurisdiction.
Children
clickngoal is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for anyone below the minimum digital-consent age that applies in their country.

clickngoal обрабатывает данные аккаунта, опубликованный пользователем контент, социальные связи, настройки, техническую диагностику и данные уведомлений только для работы, безопасности и улучшения сервиса. Данные не продаются и не используются для сторонней рекламы. Видимость управляется в настройках. Удаление аккаунта доступно в настройках после подтверждения через привязанный Telegram; связанные пользовательские данные удаляются, а обезличенная сводная статистика может сохраняться.
