clickngoal Terms of Use

These terms govern use of clickngoal, operated by Xynapse. Contact: support@xynapse.online.
Use of the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and use clickngoal only where permitted by law. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights needed to publish it.
Community rules
You must not post or promote:
- sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, or content that endangers minors;
- credible threats, incitement to violence, terrorism, self-harm encouragement, or instructions for serious wrongdoing;
- harassment, bullying, hate, dehumanization, or targeted abuse;
- pornographic, obscene, or deliberately shocking content;
- spam, scams, malware, impersonation, deceptive links, or coordinated manipulation;
- another person’s private information or intellectual property without permission.
Use the clearly labelled Report action for content or users and Block for abusive accounts. clickngoal may hide, remove, or restrict content and accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests. Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate suspension.
Availability and Premium
Features may change to maintain security and reliability. Premium availability does not override privacy or moderation rules. Store purchases, when offered, are also governed by the relevant store’s billing and refund terms.
Account deletion
You may delete your account in Settings. Deletion is permanent and requires a one-time code delivered to the Telegram bot linked to the same account. See the deletion instructions.
Disclaimer and changes
clickngoal is a productivity and social service, not medical, legal, or financial advice. The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms require renewed acceptance in the app.

Нельзя публиковать угрозы, травлю, ненависть, порнографию, опасный или незаконный контент, спам, мошенничество, вредоносные ссылки и чужие персональные данные. Используйте отдельные действия «Пожаловаться» и «Заблокировать». Нарушающий контент и аккаунты могут быть ограничены или удалены. Удаление аккаунта выполняется в настройках и подтверждается кодом через привязанный Telegram.
